WHOLESALE TERMS:

Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale buyer of Aurelia Couture. Listed below is a brief summary of our terms and conditions.

MINIMUMS AND DEADLINES:

Minimum purchase for wholesale orders is $500 per season.

Once our official deadline has passed, we accept orders subject to availability.Each collection is subject to our Limited Edition Policy whereby Aurelia Couture reserves the right to limit our production in the interest of maintaining our brand integrity. We will inform you immediately if an item is no longer available.

SHIPPING:

Fall / Winter #1 ships August 15 - September 1.
Fall / Winter #2 ships September 15 - October 1.
Spring / Summer #1 ships February 28 - March 15.
Spring / Summer #2 ships March 25 - April 1.

If you need an alternate shipping schedule, please email contact@aureliacouture.com and we will try to accommodate you. If you are ordering midseason, or are reordering midseason, some items may not be available for IMMEDIATE delivery. Please send us your order, regardless of date, and we will contact you if anything is not available.

PAYMENT TERMS:

All orders within Canada are shipped C.O.D. All orders outside of Canada are shipped after receipt of a money order or bank wire. We also accept PayPal, Visa (Your card will be charged just prior to shipping). To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend you submit us your payment at least 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Aurelia Couture does not offer terms, or accept wholesale orders under $500.

RETURNS:

Within 2 weeks, Aurelia Couture will happily exchange or issue a credit to your account if products are defective, not as ordered or over-shipped. Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn with tags intact. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable.
